The Board and investors in ND Property Management have property, legal, accountancy and surveying backgrounds and therefore we are well placed to run a property management business.

SAVIOUR’S PLACE - BALCONY UPDATE – 6 March 2018
The Supplier’s nominated Contractor for reinstatement attended site on the afternoon of 5 March 2018.
All replacement glass panels have been measured up. The estimated delivery time for the glass panels is approximately 5 weeks.
Balcony rails and stanchions
We have been advised that the recommended solution will be to drill a weep hole at the base of each stanchion to allow water to flow away.
In respect of carrying out the above work and putting back the balcony rails the Contractor will advise us shortly of the two days they will attend site to carry out this work.

BALCONY UPDATE - ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
PLEASE DO NOT GO OUT ON TO YOUR BALCONY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We are endeavouring with contractors in making the balconies safe today.
The supplier of the railings will be assessing the repair required on Monday 5th March 2018.
We are working closely with Statutory Authorities.

28-02-2018 - BALCONY UPDATE -ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS - 06:00
ND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is currently dealing with an issue concerning the balcony stantions and railings which is affecting all buildings at Saviour's Place due to the current cold weather conditions.
The stantions and railings are randomly "popping" and falling to the ground. The issue is being investigated currently.
PLEASE DO NOT GO OUT ON TO YOUR BALCONY.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ACCESS OR LEAVE THE BUILDING AS DIRECTED BY THE FIRE/POLICE OR OURSELVES AND ENSURE YOUR OWN PERSONAL SAFETY. PLEASE DO NOT WALK UNDER OR NEAR ANY BALCONY. THERE IS RESTRICTED ACCESS TO ENTER OR LEAVE THE BUILDINGS.
